MTS India, the CDMA mobile services of of Sistema Shyam TeleServices Ltd. has announced the launch of MTS TV for MBlaze customers in association with Apalya Technologies .All MBlaze subscribers can now access more than 60 Live and Video On Demand (VOD) channels from news, entertainment, sports, kids, movies and regional language category. The service is available at no extra charges, except the standard data access charges as per the user’s data plan. The customer just needs to download free MTS TV application from the MTS website and switch to selection of the favorite channel for viewing.

Vodafone Essar has launched New GPRS Packs for its Prepaid subscribers in Karnataka. These Packs are priced at Rs. 16 and Rs. 95. Rs. 16 GPRS Pack comes with 3 days validity, it provides free data usage upto 200 MB. Rs. 95 GPRS Pack comes with a month's validity, it provides free data usage upto 2GB. After utilisation of free data a charge of 10p/10kb is applicable.To activate GPRS, You need to do an e-top with Rs 95 or Rs 16 or sms ACT GPRS to 144 (toll-free). The discounts will change with location and with time, with each cellphone tower broadcasting a different discount. At the same location, the discount will change on an hourly basis.
